  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and visit the Order History section.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
